A Thai Massage course is always a spiritual experience that combines meditation and the practice of loving-kindness, and for those interested particularly on learning massage, it is a great opportunity to know more about this beautiful healing technique.

Beginners program - 11 days

Daily program:

5:45 - 6:30 amVippassana meditation (Optional)
6:30 - 8:00Yoga practice (Optional)
8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast
9:00 - 12:00 Instruction and massage practice
12:00 - 14:00 pm Lunch
14:00 - 17:00 Massage practice

The 11 days Program (Beginners)


Day 1 :

feet and energy line on the legs
Day 2 : exercises with one leg
Day 3 :exercise with two legs
Day 4 :stomach, cheats, arms hand and fingers
Day 5 :side position
Day 6 : back part of the body
Day 7 :seating position
Day 8 :face
Day 9 :practice
Day 10 :evaluation
Day 11 :Theory of the Ten Sen, the energy main lines of the body, as well as therapy for knee, head, and back pain.
Certificate on attending the course will be given by the Sunshine Network to each student.

Students who attend the course will receive printed materials and a book (The Art of Traditional Thai Massage - Asokananda).
For those who completed the course, a diploma of The Sunshine Network is given.

Advanced program - 7 days

The advanced course is based on the book by Asokananda in combination with the input from the Thai masters Piched and Chaiyuth.
In this course the classical method based on Ashokananda and Piched and the more fast intuitive movement based on Chaiyuth, are covered and learned.

   


Students who attend the course will receive a colorful catalogue presenting 173 different postures, as well as a book for advanced practitioners written by Asokananda.

For those who completed the course, a diploma of The Sunshine Network is given.
